## BUILDING THRIVING COMMUNITIES

#### “The LBRA is the most effective business group I have seen in my 30+ years of Industrial Real Estate business. Nobody has their finger on the pulse like Bernard Jennings. He truly has a guy for anything. What makes this association even more valuable is the quality of the people who attend the meetings. Every event is attended by multiple C suite people from the largest companies in Lawndale. It has been highly educational and a privilege to be involved.”

#### *Steven Kohn, principal owner of Avison Young*
